  • Build and grow a pipeline of TRANSPOREON prospects
  • Sell TRANSPOREON’s web-based SaaS solutions to a set of assigned logos across specific vertical markets
  • A proportional split between organic growth of existing customers via upsell and cross sell and also new business development, the role would mainly consist of winning new logo business
  • Your territory is Germany, however prospects will potentially have multi country locations that require developing based on a named account portfolio
  • Establish Multi level relationships with customers inc C-Level contacts, and endeavour to become a trusted advisor with these prospects, developing new sales opportunities
  • Use modern sales tactics and an analytical approach when approaching new customers and position TRANSPOREON’s solutions with a clear business case and value proposition
  • Responsible for the management of the entire sales process ensuring that personal targets and other performance metrics are being achieved
  • A good understanding of your prospects existing processes and challenges
  • Involve supporting resources (e.g. Business Consulting, Professional Services, Customer Care etc.) at the right time to ensure a successful sales process
  • Show short-term success while ensuring a medium- and long-term perspective to sustainable sales success
  • Use a CRM-System to ensure accurate Forecasting


  • Minimum of 3-5 year experiences in Direct Sales of complex services and/or SaaS solutions
  • Logistics-/ Supply-Chain experience would be of benefical but not critical
  • A deeper industry knowledge (e.g. FMCG, Paper, Steel) would be a plus
  • Proven track record of overachieving targets
  • Advanced German & English
