Responsibilities

A successful Sales Leader at Transporeon manages, builds and develops a team to be willing and capable to spend the majority of their time focused on activities that drive exceptional customer outcomes and sales success.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be empowered and accountable to take the lead in building, supporting and developing your team and your customers
  • Bring a constant focus to pipeline health (volume and velocity) and identify and lead pipeline building activities through direct sales efforts and collaboration with Business Development, Marketing and other Transporeon teams
  • Provide an open, collaborative team culture where asking for support is encouraged and exceptional performance is celebrated and rewarded
  • Manage sales effectiveness and efficiency through the established rhythm of business, supported by data analysis and reporting
  • Bring experience and thoughtful input into, and drive execution of, the agreed Transporeon Go-to-Market plan
  • Support your team by anticipating potential challenges and escalations and effectively providing support as required
  • Driving a highly collaborative approach that recognises and engages the broad range of skills across the Transporeon business

Qualifications

  • Logistics / Supply-Chain experience or experience in a key Transporeon industry
