Responsibilities

* Leading and organizing an international team of 5 people with focus on IT Support for our colleagues

* Planning, prioritization and coordination tasks based on priority, capacity and customer needs

* Escalation Management

* Providing day to day user Support with our Ticketing System

* Installing Windows Clients with Software enrollment System Baramundi

* Maintaining Active Directory respective Users, GPOs, DNS and more

* Administration of Windows and Linux Systems based on SOPs

* Monitoring system performance and suggesting recommendations for improvement

* Creating documentation of system changes

Qualifications

* Passionate computer scientist with ambitions for new and more

* You are customer oriented person ready to support others

* Team player with strong communication skills and an open nature

* Strong knowledge in system administration and operation (Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Servers)

* Experience with network topologies and administration.

* Professional experience equal or more than 5 years.

* Your German and English are fluent spoken and written
