How would your working day look like:

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7.30 to max. 18.00 hours (in alternating shifts)
  • You would receive written questions from our customers in our ticketing system or phone calls in French, German and English
  • You would prioritize the inquiries and with understanding and friendly answer to our customers as soon as possible
  • Close collaboration with 2nd level and other departments
  • Which questions or tasks may come? Asking to help to set a new account, questions around our mutual contract, about invoices, there might be a technical problem with data transfer or some failure note our customers do not decode.

What do we expect from our new colleague:

  • Near-native level of French, fluent German and English language skills and ability to use them in verbal and written formal communication
  • IT affinity, comfortable in MS Office and willing to learn more
