    Responsibilities

    • Manage inquiries received from prospects and customers (web forms, phone calls, online campaigns and events)
    • Qualify leads based on provided metrics
    • Research prospects on company websites, LinkedIn and available databases
    • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales and marketing by tracking inbound marketing activities and continually refine our process to convert customers
    • Support the customer segmentation project, by verifying the accuracy of the internal database

    Qualifications

    • Fresh graduates are welcome
    • Structured and analytic thinking
    • Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Good command of written and spoken English (min. B2 level)
    • General technical understanding (e.g.in CRM, ERP-systems) would be an asset
