    Responsibilities

    • Keeping personal files and documentation related to the employment relationship and civil law agreements
    • Dealing with employees holidays applications, working time
    • Issuing documents and employee certificates required by law
    • Keeping social insurance and tax documentation
    • Preparation of reports and statements for the internal needs of the company and for external institutions

    Qualifications

    • Practical knowledge of labor law
    • Min 2 years of experience in running HR administration
    • Experience with payroll calculating and ZUS declarations will be an asset
    • Good knowledge of MS Office package, CDN Optima and Płatnik software
    • Good command of English both written and spoken
    • Systematic approach to work
    • Attention to details and quality orientation.
