    Responsibilities

    • Work for the industry leading logistics platform, where the executive team is focused on driving customer success
    • Measure, analyze and increase customer health and know everything about “your” customers to maximize TRANSPOREONs value for them
    • Develop uniquely strong customer loyalty by proactively and consistently demonstrating the value and benefits of our platform and all connected services
    • Help to drive forward the onboarding of new customers with their goals and KPIs in focus
    • Be the coach of our customers - onsite, online and by phone
    • Collaborate with our Key Account Management, Professional Services and Business Consulting
    • Join a high functioning, collaborative team, where you can play a key role in growing TRANSPOREON

    Qualifications

    • You have 5+ Years’ experience in Account Management / Transportation Logistics
    • Knowledge of Logistics processes is a must
    • Team-member of a project team (TMS\WMS\ERP implementation) is a plus
    • Business analytics and process development is a plus
    • Demonstrated ability to drive customer adoption
    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Collaborative problem solver who takes ownership of issues and drives to resolution.
    • Ability to analyze data and convey actionable insights to executives
    • Willing and able to travel up to 20%.
