    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for acquisition of new customers, market research and development of existing clients for DACH region including cold calling, meeting arrangements and presentations
    • Achieve the sales quota with new and on-board customers
    • Drive the sales cycle, focus on value proposition, closure deals and support the customer further
    • Support of on-boarded customers, and force the cross-selling
    • Consulting of large industrial customers during the execution of logistic tenders and in the field of data-management
    • Participation in industry conferences, seminars, and other related events for the best business outcome

    Qualifications

    • University ´s Degree or equivalent work experience required in areas of logistics/ forwarding business  or in CRM solutions, ideally in tender management 
    • Excellent business development and communication skills, proven track record in direct sales
    • High self-motivation, ability to work independently, hands-on skills and ‘get-it-done’ attitude
    • Fluent in German and English, additional languages would be a plus
    • Ability to work in an international team environment
    • MS office skills and IT affinity in general
