    Responsibilities

    • Planning, organisation, support and follow-up of national and international training events
    • Support the people development managers in the conceptual design and optimization of various training modules
    • Support for projects
    • Creation of international training reports
    • General support with administrative tasks

    Qualifications

    • You are studying business administration, business education, psychology, adult education, communication sciences or a similar course of study
    • You have team spirit, commitment, organizational talent as well as communicative and analytical strengths
    • Your English skills are very good, both written and spoken
    • Good knowledge of MS-Office
