    Responsibilities

    • Work for the industry leading logistics platform, where the executive team is focused on driving customer success
    • Measure, analyze and increase customer health and know everything about “your” customers to maximize TRANSPOREONs value for them
    • Develop uniquely strong customer loyalty by proactively and consistently demonstrating the value and benefits of our platform and all connected services
    • Help to drive forward the onboarding of new customers with their goals and KPIs in focus
    • Be the coach of our customers - onsite, online and by phone
    • Collaborate with our Key Account Management, Professional Services and Business Consulting
    • Join a high functioning, collaborative team, where you can play a key role in growing TRANSPOREON
    • Work with an innovative product that drives significant value for customers
    • Apply emerging best practices that will accelerate your career

    Qualifications

    • You have 2+ Years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management and/or Sales
    • You have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
    • You demonstrated the ability to drive customer adoption
    • You love to analyze data and to take action
    • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
    • You are a collaborative problem solver who takes ownership of issues and drives to resolution
    • It would be awesome, if you have some logistics knowledge and want to learn more
    • You are willing and able to travel up to 20%
