    Responsibilities

    • Sell the company’s solutions in a dedicated sales region to a different industries.
    • Drive to win new large customers and to develop and to grow existing customers.
    • Use of the most effective and unconventional ways when approaching new customers.
    • Be in charge of the end-to-end sales process all the other performance metrics are achieved.
    • Understand our clients existing processes and needs to offer our product accurately.
    • Cooperate internally with another departments to ensure a successful sales process.
    • Perform short-term success and set long-term goals.
    • Use a CRM system to forecast.

    Qualifications

    • Basic sales skills and strong passion to grow in enterprise / direct SaaS sales.  
    • Open-minded, can-do hunter mindset; proven self-starter.
    • A competitive edge with a drive for results, desire to make money, and passion for learning.
    • High level planning, organizational and communication skills; comfort working with ambiguity.
    • Collaborative problem solver.
    • Knowledge of Logistics processes is nice to have.
    • Polish as a native language plus advanced English.
    • Willing and able to travel up to 60%.
