    Homeoffice based in Netherlands/Holland/Belgium/PLZ 40… - 49… in Germany.

    Responsibilities

    • Link between Sales, Marketing and other departments as well as the Headquarter
    • Organize (internal) meetings and events including agendas and presentations
    • General administrative tasks
    • Arrange business travels for colleagues
    • Support with reports to ensure budget adherence
    • Translations as needed
    • Management and negotiation with various external providers
    • User of CRM system to support our Sales team

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in an inside sales/sales assistant/office administration role
    • Excellent MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Experience with a CRM system (i.e. MS Dynamics CRM) is a must
    • Quick comprehension regarding supply chain/transport logistics topics and processes
    • High level of customer and service orientation in combination with excellent communication skills
    • Team-orientation and independence at work
    • Excellent command of English preferably other foreign languages would be an advantage
