    Responsibilities

    • Running and developing an efficient and profitable sales team in DACH and in the Nordics
    • Developing comprehensive and up-dated knowledge of the characteristics of the market
    • Establishing and maintaining positive contacts with existing customers, creating new opportunities
    • Developing the market by acquiring new customers
    • Using a CRM-System to ensure accurate Forecasting, Budgeting and a fruitful pipeline
    • In-line with others, notably with superiors, creating a strong, robust annual sales strategy plan for the sales region
    • Ensuring that the countries are delivering expected sales targets
    • Directly managing and developing the sales team
    • Leading the future growth and hiring new key account managers within the region
    • Being fully in charge of further developing business and growing overall revenues and profit for the region
    • Leading the team in complex and strategic deals
    • Supporting marketing activities

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of experience in Direct Sales of complex services and/or Enterprise software solutions
    • Proven track record leading, maintaining and reinforcing an effective sales team
    • Proven practice with territory sales management
    • Logistics-/ Supply-Chain experience would be a plus
    • German native, fluent English
    • Additional languages welcomed
