    • To develop, maintain and successfully implement an internal communication strategy and process for the TRANSPOREON Group
    • To work closely with the CEO, the Senior Management and the HR department to manage internal communications across the TRANSPOREON Group
    • To support the embedding of our vision, mission and culture through a variety of media channels, i.e. intranet, personal communication cascade, Town Hall Meetings
    • To manage and co-ordinate the TP Intranet, taking overall responsibility for its content and content contributors, and generating greater usage of the intranet
    • To prepare and organize Leadership and Town Hall Meetings and respective follow-up communication
    • Collection of topics and topic management, to ensure all employees are kept up to date, well informed and involved in all relevant communications
    • Advise and support on communication topics, feedback and suggestions for improvements and identify opportunities


    • Master degree with specialization in communication or media management, public relations, journalism or marketing 
    • Proven experience (3-5 years) of working in a communications team and of successful project management (i.e. as a consultant or manager internal communication, alternatively also as a PR consultant, PR editor, or marketing manager)
    • Enjoying to write and the ability to translate complex topics into interesting texts
    • Used to working on your own-initiative but with high team spirit and the ability to network within the company
    • Experience of innovative thinking and ability to develop and deliver ideas within specific timeframes
    • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and other presentation tools
    • Ability to communicate accurately and effectively in verbal and written English (bilingual)
